...it's been really cold and wet. I should have packed coats.
The house on Huckleberry is in the midst of negotiations. We feel that it's out of the running now and are a little bummed. However, the house on Delmar (the one with the stairs) is gorgeous and the current owners are working on those stairs a little. They will be there but will be broken up by a landing and some flower boxes. So far, it's the nicest house we've seen. It's also going to be ready to move in without any work needing to be done. I cannot say that for any other house (yah, yah...at total of 6 is all) we've seen so far. We have more to see tomorrow.
The kids are holding up fairly well. I think they are actually enjoying seeing all these different houses. Avery keep suggesting who should sleep in what bedrooms. He's also been very good at remembering to do his job--making sure there's a flat spot in the yard a trampoline will fit in.

sounds like your keeping busy looking. Hope you find the right place and get things on the way. Andrew and Clay went shooting Weds. he told me shells cost 20 dollars a box. He goes through them like crasy.
Clay and Jim mowed the lawn fri. and Andrew helped me rack and bag grass. He was a good helper.
