1st House

We are buying the house on Delmar; stairs and all. It was the nicest and safest (we found a stairway of death in one house). We close on July 27th and the current owners are going to rent it out for a month after we close. Both families need to move at the end of August. I am really excited! We actually need to find some area rugs and nice furniture for a sitting room. I will try and figure out how to post a picture bigger than a thumbnail view from the listing later.
